TNT Express Terms of Delivery

As TNT Express delivers during business hours, it is advised that you provide a daytime delivery address (e.g. work or business address) to ensure someone will be available to accept the freight.

In the case where you choose to provide your home address (where it is not guaranteed there will be someone on the premises at the time of delivery), or if there is no one present on the premises of the provided address, you can choose to have your freight left on the premises or arrange for the freight to be re-delivered.

If you choose to arrange for TNT Express to re-deliver your freight, this will incur an additional freight cost and you agree that Guppytraders.com can recover additional freight costs with an additional credit card transaction. Your credit card details will be withheld until confirmation of delivery.

If you choose to leave your freight on the premises, you are agreeing to the following:
