A collection of interviews with US and UK traders. This doesn't give you much about technique or trading secrets. The author concentrates on the way these traders think. He looks for common threads in trade selection, style, approaches to loses, risk, fear and the use of trading mentors. Quite different for Schwagers books, and quite useful.
