I found this book very ill-informed and a disappointment. His understanding of the role that charting or technical analysis has to play in a trading situation is extremely limited. The examples he uses to 'prove' that charting is worthless are an insult to anyone who has spent even a little time understanding the market. Those who wish to ride the investor wagon will find this book of some use. Those who want to more aggressively manage risk will find the book a waste of time because it repeats outdated platitudes under the guise of informed analysis.
