This includes all the spreadsheets used in Better Trading and in Snapshot Trading Learn how to unzip and find files attached to e-mails. The Day Traders pak consists of 6 spreadsheet templates that we use to monitor day trade and short term positions. All these templates have been created for day trading with Excel version 5 and are automatically updated by later versions of Excel. DayTrade This planning spreadsheet allows the trader to enter the proposed buy and sell levels to determine how large the position needs to be to return an acceptable dollar amount. It also defines the downside risk limits. DT SPI The planning spreadsheet shows projected returns for trades using the Share Price Index contracts offered by the Sydney Futures Exchange. It can be easily changed to show the calculations for other futures contracts. DT Bid Limit This planning spreadsheet is used to calculate the maximum chase price consistent with the Count Back Line entry technique described in SHARE TRADING. DT Calcs - Fixed rate brokerage This spreadsheet is used to monitor trade performance when trading with discount brokerages. The user adjusts the risk level to determine the exact stop loss exit price. This is derived from the standard equity trading calculation spreadsheets shown in SHARE TRADING and TRADING TACTICS. DT Calcs - Sliding rate brokerage This spreadsheet is used to monitor trade performance. The user adjusts the risk level to determine the exact stop loss exit price. This is derived from the standard equity trading calculation spreadsheets shown in SHARE TRADING and TRADING TACTICS. Oz Strategy Calculations Use this spreadsheet for scalping calculations to set position size and expected dollar return. DT Record This management spreadsheet is a running record of day trading performance. Trades are recorded in minutes with entry and exit times entered by the user. This data records the return from each trade, the average time a trade is open, average trade return and ratio of wins to losses. This a trading performance management tool.
